Damaged Goods & Repairs
If you have received goods that are damaged or faulty please inform us within 7 working days from the date of delivery and we shall rectify the problem promptly and replace the goods like for like and we will arrange and incur all costs for the product to be picked up and replaced. In the case we are unable to replace an item we are more than happy to refund you including shipping costs. We shall refund you as soon as we have received and processed the returned item/s, approximately within 2 days.
